We are happy to be able to offer online Ballet barre classes for adults over Zoom. These 45 minute classes are predominantly at the barre, with a few centre practice exercises, and a short floor stretch to cool down. 


Ballet training is the ultimate mind body exercise, as you have to be fully present in retaining and following the movement patterns, while paying attention to the musicality. Physically it is an excellent way to increase flexibility and muscular strength, while improving posture, coordination, endurance, balance, range of motion and overall cardiovascular health.
