Basic Principles
This is a perfect introduction to Stott Pilates and the 5 basic principles of the technique. If you are new to Pilates, this will slowly and clearly explain the Stott Pilates technique and give some gentle exercises to practice and reinforce these principles in a slow and easy to follow class. Essential Matwork
This class will take you through all of the Essential level exercises in the Stott Pilates repertoire. This is a full body workout that offers modified versions of some of the more intermediate and advanced level Pilates exercises, or preps that will help you achieve some of those more advanced exercises. No equipment required, just you and your mat. (57 minutes)

Intermediate Pilates
This class is the Intermediate Stott Pilates Mat work, taking you through all of the repertoire of exercises at this level. Please be sure you have tried the Essential level class to make sure you are comfortable with all the exercises there, and are ready for the next challenge. If there is anything too advanced in this class, you can always do your Essential level modifications instead. (54 minutes)

A wonderful Pilates class that can be done on your dining room chair. A gentle, essential level class to get your body moving, focusing on breath and mobility. A great way to get moving if you sit in a desk all day, or if you have any mobility issues. (34 minutes)

Advanced Matwork
This class is a practice of the full Stott Pilates Advanced Matwork repertoire. It is a very challenging workout going through all of the exercises in the Stott Pilates repertoire, with little time for explanations or breaks. If you are of a high level intermediate or advanced level and looking for a challenge this is a great class for you. No props necessary, just pure Pilates at its best! (51 minutes).
