Barre class uses the power of music to create a safe and fun workout that will increase strength, flexibility, stamina, endurance, and dynamic stability. It truly is a program geared for everyone and no dance experience is required! Classes begin with a warm up focusing on postural strength and alignment, taking elements from Pilates, yoga, strength training and dance. Incorporating weights, balls, bands and tubing to increase the resistance training, it is the most fun you will have while feeling the ‘burn’.
