If you're looking to try a dynamic and challenging Pilates workout, you're in the right place. Or if you have been practicing Pilates for a while, and would like a great workout that is fast paced, and easy to follow along with at home, you're going to love this!

 

In this class, I will take you through some of the traditional Mat Pilates exercises designed by Joseph Pilates, and add some fun and playful modifications to that will challenge you, while still paying attention to the Stott Pilates technique.  Please work at your level and omit exercises if needed.

Hi, I'm Julie.

I have been teaching Pilates for over 17 years and have been lucky to have been able to find a career I am passionate about and love.

It is so rewarding to be able to help clients develop a deeper level of body awareness and core strength while improving their overall health and lifestyle.
