Studio 1 Pilates is a fully equipped Pilates studio offering Mat classes incorporating a wide variety of equipment such as Fitness balls, BOSU's, foam rollers, Fitness Circles, and toning balls.  Also, we offer classes on more traditional Pilates apparatus such as the Cadillac, Reformers, Stability Chair, and Barrels.
