This class will take you through the Stott Pilates version of the mat exercises that Joseph Pilates created and wrote about in his book 'Pilates Return to Life Through Contrology'. This is a fast paced workout that covers the exercises from essential to advanced. If you have never done these exercises before, try the Modified March Matness class first, and also work through the Essential, Intermediate and Advanced mat classes available here in this library. This is a perfect introduction to Stott Pilates and the 5 basic principles of the technique. If you are new to Pilates, this will slowly and clearly explain the Stott Pilates technique and give some gentle exercises to practice and reinforce these principles in a slow and easy to follow class. This class will take you through all of the Essential level exercises in the Stott Pilates repertoire. This is a full body workout that offers modified versions of some of the more intermediate and advanced level Pilates exercises, or preps that will help you achieve some of those more advanced exercises. No equipment required, just you and your mat. (57 minutes)

This class is the Intermediate Stott Pilates Mat work, taking you through all of the repertoire of exercises at this level. Please be sure you have tried the Essential level class to make sure you are comfortable with all the exercises there, and are ready for the next challenge. If there is anything too advanced in this class, you can always do your Essential level modifications instead. (54 minutes)

This Reformer Apparatus class is an Essential (beginner) level workout. We will go through the essential moves on the Reformer, giving you a full body workout that flows. (59 minutes)

A wonderful Pilates class that can be done on your dining room chair. A gentle, essential level class to get your body moving, focusing on breath and mobility. A great way to get moving if you sit in a desk all day, or if you have any mobility issues. (34 minutes)

This class is a practice of the full Stott Pilates Advanced Matwork repertoire. It is a very challenging workout going through all of the exercises in the Stott Pilates repertoire, with little time for explanations or breaks. If you are of a high level intermediate or advanced level and looking for a challenge this is a great class for you. No props necessary, just pure Pilates at its best! (51 minutes).

A great Pilates Mat class that will challenge your abs and your upper body. Using hand weights (1-3 lbs.) this mat workout will help strengthen and tone and give you a great core workout. (55 minutes)

This is a great workout! We use the Theraband to help you with the exercises that you might normally struggle with and to challenge you in the rest. (50 minutes)

This class is all about the upper body! Like a shoulder rehab session, we mobilize and strengthen the shoulder girdle and arms. Using therabands, hand weights and a foam roller or a stick, with lots of options to modify if needed. (40 minutes)
